Why not experience a day out with a difference at National Forest Llama Treks?

Whilst you enjoy a gentle stroll our llamas do all the hard work, carrying everything we need for the day, tables chairs and a three-course picnic...nothing is too much trouble for our friendly boys.

We try to make your experience as fun and interesting as possible, teaching you a little about the local area, lots of llama facts and something of the local wildlife.

Your trek will begin at our centre near Burton-on-Trent in Staffordshire, with a chance to meet the boys and Llearn some facts about our Llovely Llamas. You will be invited to feed them, which guarantees a new best friend for life, and also groom them before we set out for the day.

At National Forest Llama Treks we have 8 male llamas, ranging from the youngster of the herd, Mustard, who is two years old, to Ande the oldest at seven.  All the boys have very individual characters and, yes they can spit, however they will only spit at each other!

We can offer

	Half day treks lasting between 3 and 4 hours. These can take place in the morning or afternoon
	For more seasoned walkers a full day may be suitable

All treks include a three-course picnic with fruit juices followed by fair trade tea and coffee.
